And it represents that you have the corresponding legal and behavioral capacity to use the services of the China Exhibition Service Platform, and can assume legal responsibility for your actions. If the user is under 18 years old, they are considered a minor user. Minor users should read and understand this agreement and use this service under the supervision and guidance of their guardians.

1、 [Scope of Agreement]
The China Exhibition Service Platform (cnesp.com, hereinafter referred to as the "Platform") was established by Shenzhen Tianrui Century Technology Co., Ltd. This agreement is entered into between you and Shenzhen Tianrui Century Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") regarding your use of the Platform's services or receipt of any services provided by the Platform.
2、 User Personal Information Protection
Protecting users' personal information is one of the fundamental principles of the company. In the process of using platform services, you may need to provide your personal information (including but not limited to name, phone number, employer, etc.) in order for the platform to provide you with better services. The platform will take appropriate security measures that comply with industry standards to protect your information. For more information on user personal information protection, please refer to the Privacy Policy.
3、 [Service Content]
1. The specific content of this service shall be provided or not provided by the platform according to the actual situation (such as publishing exhibition information, various online and offline activities on the platform; publishing and sharing industry information, news, articles, pictures, etc.). You understand and agree that this service is provided based on the current state of technology and conditions that can be achieved. The platform will make every effort to provide you with services, ensuring the continuity and security of the services; However, the platform cannot always foresee and prevent legal, technical, and other risks, including but not limited to force majeure, viruses, Trojans, hacker attacks, system instability, third-party service defects, government actions, and other reasons that may cause service interruptions, data loss, and other losses and risks. The platform shall not be held responsible for any issues related to the timeliness, deletion, transmission errors, failure to store or any other issues with any user information or personalized settings. The platform reserves the right to suspend all or any part of this service for upgrade, maintenance, or other purposes without prior notice.
2. The platform provides this service to users in accordance with the law, but users shall bear their own responsibility and risks for using the platform services. The platform shall not be liable for any special, accidental, direct or indirect losses arising from the use or inability to use the services provided by the platform under any circumstances.
3. Unless otherwise agreed in writing between you and the platform, the platform reserves the right to stop, modify, or interrupt the service at any time without notifying you. The platform is not responsible to users or third parties for this.
4、 Rights and Obligations
（1） Your rights and obligations

Otherwise, this platform has the right to reject your application and will not provide any compensation or refund any paid service fees. When your personal information changes, you should submit the updated personal information to the platform in a timely manner. Otherwise, it may result in the inability to exercise all user rights or all losses are borne by you. The platform has the right to cancel your user qualification and will not provide any compensation or refund for any paid service fees.
2. You have the right to choose all publicly displayed goods or services on this platform on your own.
3. When using the platform, you should provide accurate and complete information (including name and email, contact phone number, contact address, etc.) according to the prompts on the platform page, so that platform project service providers (such as exhibition organizers) or other users can contact you. If the platform project service provider or other users are unable to contact or infringe on the rights of others due to improper information provided by you, you shall bear the adverse consequences on your own.
4. You should consciously and maintain a healthy competitive order in the platform market, and shall not interfere or attempt to interfere with the normal operation of the platform in any way.
5. You should abide by the principle of honesty and trustworthiness. If you are a user of the exhibition organizer, you promise to operate with integrity. If any complaints or disputes arise from the products or services you provide, the users will resolve them on their own, and the platform will not bear any legal responsibility. If you are an exhibitor user, you should also abide by the principle of integrity when using platform services. If you have violated the integrity or maliciously breached the contract, violated regulations, or engaged in other illegal activities, the platform will have the right to take all legal measures to hold you legally responsible.
6. You shall not violate national laws and regulations or infringe upon the legitimate rights and interests of others when using this service. You understand and agree that if you are complained of infringement by others or if you complain of infringement by others, this platform has the right to provide necessary information such as the subject, contact information, and complaint related content of the parties involved in the dispute to other disputing parties or relevant departments in order to resolve the complaint dispute in a timely manner and protect the legitimate rights and interests of others.
7. You agree that this platform may use the content you send or disseminate for the purpose of fulfilling this agreement or providing this service.
8. You should comply with relevant laws and regulations, and respect social morality and customs when using the services of this platform. If your behavior violates relevant laws, regulations, or moral customs, you should bear independent responsibility for it. You should avoid getting involved in political or public events on this platform due to the use of this service, otherwise this platform has the right to suspend or terminate its services to you.
9. If you violate this agreement and cause any third-party damage, you shall independently bear the responsibility; If the platform suffers losses as a result, you should also compensate accordingly.
（2） Prohibitive regulations
You should comply with all applicable laws, regulations, policies, etc. when using the platform services. Any content you create, copy, upload, publish, or disseminate during your use of the platform, including registration information and other materials, or text, voice, images, videos, graphics, charts, comics, and other content generated by using the platform services, including but not limited to:
(1) Opposing the fundamental principles established by the Constitution;
(2) Endangering national security, leaking state secrets, subverting state power, and undermining national unity;
(3) Damaging national honor and interests;
(4) Those who incite ethnic hatred, ethnic discrimination, and undermine ethnic unity;
(5) Disrupting national religious policies, promoting cults and feudal superstitions;
(6) Spreading rumors, disrupting social order, and disrupting social stability;
(7) Spreading obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence, murder, terror, or inciting crime;
(8) Insult or defame others, and infringe upon their legitimate rights and interests;
(9) Information containing other content prohibited by laws, regulations, and policies.
5、 [Disclaimer]
1. You must explicitly agree that the use of all online platforms on this platform is at your personal risk. This platform explicitly states that it does not provide any type of guarantee, whether explicit or implicit.
2. Some of the information on the platform comes from third-party or user provided sources, and there is a possibility that any information may be outdated or updated. 6、 Regarding services provided by third parties

2. 8、 [Effectiveness and Amendment of this Agreement]

9、 Changes, interruptions, and terminations of services on this platform
1. This platform may make changes to the service content, and may also interrupt, suspend, or terminate the service.
2. You understand and agree that this platform has the right to independently decide its business strategy. In the event of merger, division, acquisition, or asset transfer of this platform or its operating entities, this platform may transfer relevant assets under this service to third parties; This platform may also transfer some or all of the services under this agreement to a third party for operation or performance upon unilateral notification to you. (2) You violate relevant laws and regulations or the provisions of this agreement;
(3) According to legal regulations or requirements of competent authorities;
(4) For safety reasons or other necessary circumstances.
4. If you use the services displayed on this platform for payment, this platform has the right to charge. If you fail to pay in full and on time, this platform has the right to interrupt, suspend or terminate the provision of services.
5. You are responsible for backing up the data stored in this service on your own. If your service is terminated, this platform may permanently delete your data from the server. And after the termination of the service, this platform has no obligation to return the data to you.
10、 Dispute Resolution
The establishment, effectiveness, performance, interpretation, and dispute resolution of this agreement shall be governed by the laws of mainland China.
If any disputes or controversies arise between you and this platform, they should first be resolved through friendly negotiation; If the negotiation fails, you agree to submit the dispute or controversy to the jurisdiction of the people's court where the platform is located.
11、 [Other]
1. Regardless of the reason why some of the terms of this agreement are invalid or unenforceable, the remaining terms shall remain valid and binding on both parties.
2. The statement, modification, update, and final interpretation rights of this platform belong to Shenzhen Tianrui Century Technology Co., Ltd.
