贵阳国际会议展览中心位于贵阳市观山湖区林城东路与长岭北路交界处，紧邻贵阳市市级行政中心和尽显原生态景观的观山湖公园，由中天城投集团投资兴建，总用地为94公顷，规划总建筑面积近100万平方米。项目由中天城投集团投资开发，是西南地区建设规模最大、功能配套最完备、设施最先进的多功能国际会议展览中心。
贵阳国际会议展览中心由贵阳国际展览中心、贵阳国际生态会议中心、贵阳中天凯悦酒店、中天201中心，及配套酒店群、商业群等建筑组成，是集展览、会议、酒店、餐饮、文化娱乐与休闲度假、商务办公、居住及综合服务为一体的特大型现代化会议展览综合体。
贵阳国际展览中心
总建筑面积约28万平方米，其中展馆面积12万平方米，由室内标准展馆和室外广场组成，室内展馆包括1个登录大厅和8个独立展馆，室外广场面积为4万平方米，可设标准展位约6000个。
登录大厅
登录大厅是贵阳国际展览中心的核心部分，是各展馆的管理控制和服务中心、参展商注册登录中心。
登录大厅建筑面积6583平方米，展览面积4800平方米，室内空间净高25米；设有独立的空调系统、智能化控制系统、广播音响系统，并配有一个83平方米的LED高清显示屏，可举办1000～4000人的开幕式、会议和演出活动。
登录大厅设有参展商和观众服务中心、贵宾休息室、商务中心、会议室、办公室、咖啡厅、餐厅、医务室、警务室、自助银行等完善的综合性配套服务设施设备。
1～8号展馆
1～8号展馆均配置独立的空调系统、智能化控制系统、广播音响系统，供电装置设置在地井内，便于展台搭建。1号展厅室内净高16米，2～8号展厅室内净高12米。1、2号展厅各设有10个6x6米的人流/物流门，3～8号展厅各设有12个6x6米的人流/物流门，便于布展和人员进出。
