贵阳国际会议展览中心位于贵阳市观山湖区林城东路与长岭北路交界处，紧邻贵阳市市级行政中心和尽显原生态景观的观山湖公园，由中天城投集团投资兴建，总用地为94公顷，规划总建筑面积近100万平方米。项目由中天城投集团投资开发，是西南地区建设规模最大、功能配套最完备、设施最先进的多功能国际会议展览中心。
贵阳国际会议展览中心由贵阳国际展览中心、贵阳国际生态会议中心、贵阳中天凯悦酒店、中天201中心，及配套酒店群、商业群等建筑组成，是集展览、会议、酒店、餐饮、文化娱乐与休闲度假、商务办公、居住及综合服务为一体的特大型现代化会议展览综合体。

The total construction area is approximately 280000 square meters, of which the exhibition hall covers an area of 120000 square meters and consists of an indoor standard exhibition hall and an outdoor square. The indoor exhibition hall includes one entrance hall and eight independent exhibition halls, while the outdoor square covers an area of 40000 square meters and can accommodate approximately 6000 standard booths.

The login hall is the core part of Guiyang International Exhibition Center, serving as the management control and service center for each exhibition hall, as well as the registration and login center for exhibitors.
The building area of the login hall is 6583 square meters, the exhibition area is 4800 square meters, and the net height of the indoor space is 25 meters; Equipped with an independent air conditioning system, intelligent control system, broadcasting and sound system, and an 83 square meter LED high-definition display screen, it can hold opening ceremonies, conferences, and performances for 1000-4000 people.
The login hall is equipped with comprehensive supporting service facilities and equipment such as exhibitor and audience service center, VIP lounge, business center, conference room, office, coffee shop, restaurant, medical room, police room, self-service bank, etc.

Exhibition halls 1-8 are equipped with independent air conditioning systems, intelligent control systems, and broadcasting sound systems. The power supply device is located in the underground well for easy booth construction. The indoor net height of Exhibition Hall 1 is 16 meters, and the indoor net height of Exhibition Halls 2-8 is 12 meters. 1. Exhibition Hall 2 is equipped with 10 6x6 meter pedestrian/logistics doors each, while Exhibition Halls 3-8 are equipped with 12 6x6 meter pedestrian/logistics doors each, facilitating exhibition setup and personnel access.
