China International Trade Center (hereinafter referred to as the "Center"); The International Trade Center; ）It is currently one of the largest comprehensive high-end business service enterprises in China. The International Trade Center is located in the core area of Beijing's central business district, covering an area of 12 hectares with a total construction area of 560000 square meters. It integrates multiple functions such as office, accommodation, conference, exhibition, shopping, and entertainment, and is the preferred location for many multinational companies and commercial companies to settle in Beijing.
The International Trade Center was founded in August 1985 and fully opened on August 30, 1990. It was jointly invested and built by Xin Guang Property Management Center, a subsidiary of the Ministry of Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation, and Kerry Properties Limited, a subsidiary of the Malaysian Guo Brothers Group.
Since its opening, the China International Trade Center has successfully hosted nearly 400 domestic and international exhibitions and expos, and holds more than 4700 international and domestic conferences and events every year. Among them, high-level and high-end government and business activities attended by Chinese and foreign ministers and above have been held four to five hundred times. At the same time, the International Trade Center also received many heads of state, government leaders, heads of important international organizations and their permanent institutions, as well as business giants and social celebrities from various countries.
The Guomao Center office building is one of the top Grade A office buildings in Beijing; China Grand Hotel ranks among the top five-star hotels in Beijing in terms of various economic indicators, and has won numerous awards for its excellent service, including the "Best Service Technology Award" presented by the American Association for Quality Service Technology; Five Star Diamond Award; And has been rated as one of the best hotels in the world by several world-renowned business media for consecutive years.
In early 1999, the China International Trade Center issued 160 million A-shares on the Shanghai Stock Exchange and went public, raising 850 million RMB. The success of stock issuance and listing has opened up new financing channels for the future development of the International Trade Center, enabling the enterprise to embark on a path of combining industrial and capital operations. At present, the International Trade Center is actively carrying out the construction of the third phase of the project to achieve greater development for the enterprise.
