The Shanghai Cross border Procurement Exhibition Center, with the joint support of the Shanghai Municipal Commission of Commerce and the Putuo District Government, is jointly invested and constructed by Changfeng Ecological Business District, Shanghai Foreign Trade Commission Investment (Group) Co., Ltd., and Shanghai Cross border Procurement Development (Group).
    场馆位于中江路最南端，地处上海长风生态商务区中心，与虹桥开发区隔河相望。傍长风公园，临苏州河而立，是一座集展览、会议、活动及餐饮等多功能于一体的现代化、国际化的会展中心，具有优美的水绿生态环境，先进的信息网络系统，齐全的商业配套设施和便捷的地铁公交网线。 
    整个会展中心拥有16000平方米的室内展厅、9000平方米的会议厅、5000平方米的餐厅和850个车位的地下车库，并配备各类先进齐全的设施，是举办各类高端的展览、会议和活动的最佳场所。
