广州国际采购中心位于广州海珠的琶洲岛。靠广州琶洲展览中心的B馆。 展馆建筑面积达到25.8万平方米。琶洲跨国采购中心的地址位于广州市东南面的琶洲岛。其新建的设施将用于广州会议及展览中心东侧，它的办公楼及酒店位于北南侧。发展区域范围广阔及会大量的共享空间，而大型的开放空间界定了区内开阔的景观。它占地总面积约为11万平米，它的总建筑面积为25万平米，在地上建筑面积17万平米。采购中心分东西两侧：东侧有18层面积约10.5万平米，裙楼1-4层，层高6米，跨度18米，每层面积约为12000平米，塔楼5-18层，层高4米，跨度18米，每层面积42000平米。西侧为大型自留出租展厅6.5万平米。负一层80000平米：其中有40000商务配套中心、物流区、餐饮、设备配套及地下展厅，其他部分是地下停车场1000个车位。

The large self owned rental exhibition hall in the west wing covers an area of 65000 square meters. The negative first floor covers an area of 80000 square meters, including 40000 business supporting centers, logistics areas, catering, equipment supporting facilities, and underground exhibition halls, while the rest is an underground garage with approximately 1000 small parking spaces.
Logistics area: There is a dedicated logistics area on the basement level, which can accommodate dozens of large trucks loading and unloading exhibits at the same time. Each floor of the podium building is equipped with 6 freight elevators, 8 passenger elevators, and 2 pairs of escalators; Each floor of the tower has 8 passenger elevators, 2 freight elevators, and 1 pair of escalators connecting to each floor.
Facility support: Provide air conditioning and large passenger and freight elevators from well-known Sino foreign joint ventures. The air conditioning is delivered to various exhibition halls and units according to the design drawings.
