The Guangzhou International Procurement Center is located on Pazhou Island in Haizhu, Guangzhou. Located near Hall B of Guangzhou Pazhou Exhibition Center. The exhibition hall covers an area of 258000 square meters. The address of Pazhou Cross border Procurement Center is located on Pazhou Island in the southeast of Guangzhou. The newly built facilities will be used on the east side of the Guangzhou Convention and Exhibition Center, with its office building and hotel located on the north south side. The development area covers a wide range and will have a large amount of shared space, while large open spaces define the open landscape within the area. It covers a total area of approximately 110000 square meters, with a total construction area of 250000 square meters and an above ground construction area of 170000 square meters. The procurement center is divided into two sides: the east side has 18 floors with an area of about 105000 square meters, the podium building has 1-4 floors with a height of 6 meters and a span of 18 meters, and each floor has an area of about 12000 square meters. The tower has 5-18 floors with a height of 4 meters and a span of 18 meters, and each floor has an area of 42000 square meters. On the west side is a large self owned rental exhibition hall of 65000 square meters. The negative first floor covers an area of 80000 square meters, including 40000 business supporting centers, logistics areas, catering, equipment supporting facilities, and underground exhibition halls, while the rest is an underground parking lot with 1000 parking spaces.


Its logistics area: There is a dedicated logistics area on the basement level, which can accommodate dozens of large trucks to load and unload exhibits at the same time. Each floor of the podium building is equipped with 6 freight elevators, 8 passenger elevators, and 2 pairs of escalators; Each floor of the tower has 8 passenger elevators, 2 freight elevators, and 1 pair of escalators connecting to each floor.


Relying on Pazhou Convention and Exhibition Business District and in line with the national "the Belt and Road" strategy, Guangzhou International Procurement Center will build a platform for display, exchange, trade and cooperation for small and medium-sized enterprises at home and abroad, and build a service-oriented and innovative second generation professional exhibition hall.
