The Shenzhen Pingshan Yanzi Lake International Convention and Exhibition Center is located in the geometric center of the Shenzhen metropolitan area. It was put into operation in 2019 and is the first exhibition complex in eastern Shenzhen that integrates exhibitions, conferences, events, catering, hotels, and cultural leisure. The project covers an area of approximately 87000 square meters, with a total construction area of approximately 133000 square meters. The exhibition area of the venue is 30000 square meters, meeting the needs of exhibitions, conferences, forums, events, etc; The conference center has more than ten conference rooms of various sizes, which can accommodate 4000 people for meetings at the same time; With a 3000 square meter kitchen system, it can provide catering services for 4000 people at the same time. The dishes blend Chinese, Western, Japanese and other specialty cuisines. According to different needs, it can provide various service forms such as themed banquets, cocktail parties, buffets, tea breaks, business set box meals, etc; The supporting hotel is fully entrusted to Shenzhen Grand Cloud Sky Hotel Management Company for operation. The hotel is connected to the conference center by a corridor, which is only a half minute walk away. The hotel has a Chinese restaurant, a Western restaurant, Japanese cuisine, a health center, and 306 hotel rooms (sets).
