Huizhou Convention and Exhibition Center Management Co., Ltd. is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Huizhou Radio and Television Media Group, fully responsible for the operation and management of the Huizhou Convention and Exhibition Center. Huizhou Radio and Television Media Group is a department level public institution under the jurisdiction of the Municipal Party Committee Propaganda Department.
 
　 As one of the most influential mainstream media in the Dongjiang River Basin, Huizhou Radio and Television Media Group has 8 branches and 6 departments, including Huizhou Television Station and Huizhou Radio Station, and owns the operating rights of 11 television channels and 2 radio frequencies. Among them, Huizhou Television Station has 3 self operated channels and 2 graphic and text channels, while Huizhou Radio Station has 2 frequencies, FM100 News Comprehensive and FM98.8 Traffic and Environmental Protection. The program signal of Huizhou TV covers the whole city and surrounding areas such as Shanwei, Heyuan, Dongguan, Foshan, etc., with a population of over 10 million; The radio programs of Huizhou Radio firmly occupy the dominant position in covering more than 10 domestic and foreign frequencies over Huizhou, covering the entire city, the Pearl River Delta, and most areas of eastern Guangdong, with a population of over 15 million. Huizhou Radio and Television Media Group is the only mainstream media in the Huizhou region that possesses the three major advantages of radio, television, and internet resources, providing a good promotional platform for successfully hosting various large-scale exhibitions and events. 

  　 The Huizhou Convention and Exhibition Center is the only modern, international, and specialized large-scale exhibition center in Huizhou invested and built by the Huizhou Municipal Government. The center covers an area of 110000 square meters and has a total construction area of 70000 square meters, including 24000 square meters of indoor exhibition halls and 30000 square meters of outdoor exhibition and conference areas. It is a modern large-scale exhibition building that integrates functions such as exhibitions, conferences, business negotiations, and information exchange. 

       The Huizhou Convention and Exhibition Center has four independent exhibition halls, each with its own entrance and exit, and can accommodate a total of 1032 international standard booths. Exhibition halls 1 # and 2 # have a clearance height of 13 meters, while exhibition halls 3 # and 4 # are column free spaces with a clearance height of 15 meters. After PDS comprehensive wiring, strong and weak electricity, information, communication, etc. are delivered to each booth through underground trenches.

       The conference area of Huizhou Convention and Exhibition Center has one large conference room, which also serves as a news release center (with a building area of 500 square meters, 280 seats, equipped with simultaneous interpretation 3+1 system, conference system, projection equipment, etc.), one central conference room (60 seats), six small conference rooms, 24 negotiation rooms, and one media warehouse (which can provide services for 60 news media staff at the same time). The news release center is equipped with an audio and video system, which can meet the needs of hosting various conferences, news releases, academic exchange reports, training lectures, etc. in the exhibition center. The convention and exhibition center has a small restaurant that can provide dining for more than 100 people at the same time, as well as 2 VIP rooms and functional rooms.
