The Western China International Expo City International Exhibition and Display Center (hereinafter referred to as "Xibo City") is located in Chengdu, which has been known as the "Land of Abundance" since ancient times. It is situated in the core area of Tianfu Center in the Chengdu Direct Administration Area of Sichuan Tianfu New Area. As the permanent venue of the Western China International Expo, a large-scale exhibition hosting venue, and a platform for large-scale high-end business activities, it is planned to be positioned as the "core carrier" of Chengdu's exhibition economy and the "core engine" of Tianfu Center. The first phase of the Xibo City project was completed and accepted in July 2016, covering an area of 1080 acres and a building area of 570000 square meters. It is a large-scale professional venue that integrates exhibition and display functions, urban service functions, industrial leadership functions, and image display functions. It can undertake various activities such as exhibitions, conferences, banquets, press conferences, competitions, commercial performances, and carnivals.
The Xibo City venue was jointly designed by the American TVS architectural design company and the China Southwest Architectural Design and Research Institute. The overall appearance of the venue extends in a "V" shape, combined with changes in spatial height, forming a staggered skyline and rhythmic spatial form, symbolizing the beautiful landscape image of Sichuan. Fully implement the green and low-carbon concept in design, highlighting energy conservation and environmental protection; The building adopts a "concrete frame+steel truss+grid" structure, with a total steel consumption of 160000 tons, and has won the highest honor for engineering quality in China's construction steel structure industry - the "China Steel Structure Gold Award".
The total exhibition area of the first phase of Xibo City project reaches 305000 square meters, including 205000 square meters of indoor exhibition area and 100000 square meters of outdoor exhibition area, and is equipped with complete supporting facilities such as catering, office, and intelligent parking system. The indoor exhibition hall is divided into 15 standard exhibition halls (6 sets of U-shaped exhibition halls and 1 set of E-shaped exhibition halls) and 1 multi-functional hall, each with an area of about 12000 square meters, a net height of 12-28 meters, and a load-bearing capacity of 1.5-5 tons; The multifunctional hall covers an area of approximately 16000 square meters and can be flexibly combined into 12 conference rooms, 5 banquet halls, or a super large conference (banquet) hall of 9000 square meters. Xibo City can accommodate a total of approximately 11000 indoor international standard booths, capable of accommodating 140000 visitors simultaneously. The WIFI in the exhibition hall is fully covered, and the large-span column free structure is suitable for hosting various professional exhibitions, conferences, and large-scale events. During exhibition setup, exhibitors' trucks can directly enter the exhibition hall, and the U-shaped slots between the exhibition halls can provide maximum convenience for exhibitors to deliver and unload goods during setup.
The supporting facilities of Xibo City are complete. There are three centralized dining areas arranged in the underground space, with a total area of about 12500 square meters, which can accommodate about 6000 people for dining at the same time. Within a ten minute walk, two hotels, Qin Emperor Holiday and Qin Emperor Yong'an, have been built, with 733 guest rooms and over 1100 beds. More than ten star rated hotels, including China Communications International Hotel and Blue Cartier Hyatt International Hotel, will be planned and constructed in the surrounding area, providing approximately 12000 beds within a 5-kilometer radius. The parking system in the venue can achieve pedestrian and vehicle separation and intelligent parking. There are about 3800 parking spaces in the venue (including about 3000 underground and about 800 above ground). A 70000 square meter freight waiting area has been built, with functions such as large-scale warehousing and freight transfer. Multiple bus routes (T1 and T6 have been put into operation), four subway lines (1, 6, 18, 19), two tram lines, and two rail transit transfer hubs have been planned within the Xibo City area, providing direct access to the entrance. The surrounding four main roads (Tianfu Avenue, Zizhou Avenue, Jiannan Avenue, and Chengzi Luzhou Expressway) crisscross with various levels of roads, forming a three-dimensional transportation system that connects with urban rail and public transportation in all directions.

Conference Room
The conference supporting functions consist of two main parts: the exhibition hall conference room and the multifunctional hall conference room. It has advanced conference supporting facilities, fiber optic access, and provides ultra-high broadband network data and voice, which can be used for projection and audio and video conferences.

The exhibition hall conference room includes three parts: supporting conference room, VIP hall, and international exhibition center release hall. There are 40 conference rooms on the mezzanine of the exhibition hall and connecting hall, with an area of about 60-150 square meters, which can accommodate about 25-60 people respectively; There are a total of 11 VIP halls and 1 State Guest Hall at the entrance of the exhibition hall, each of which can accommodate about 8-60 people; An international exhibition and display center release hall with an area of 360 square meters has been set up at the entrance of the second floor hall in Zone C, which can accommodate about 80-100 people.

Multi functional Hall Meeting Room
The multifunctional hall can be used as both a conference hall and a banquet hall. Multi functional conference rooms include: large conference rooms, medium-sized conference rooms, and small conference rooms; The space is flexible, with advanced facilities that can be flexibly divided into multiple independent spaces, achieving diversified area combinations. The multi-functional hall can provide a maximum meeting space of approximately 10000 square meters, which can be used as both a large conference hall and a large banquet hall, accommodating approximately 7200 and 3500 people respectively.
