Hangzhou Yunqi Town is an Alibaba Cloud computing entrepreneurship and innovation base, where most of Alibaba Cloud's storage servers are concentrated. Yunqi Town is an industrial town in Xihu District, Hangzhou, planned to be built on two platforms, Alibaba Cloud and Zhuantang Technology Economic Park, with cloud ecology as the main driving force. Hangzhou Yunqi Town is located on the south side of Heshan Road, facing the No. 3 Puhe River to the east. It is divided into three floors and has two main functions: conference and exhibition. The overall building can be divided into two zones, north and south. The first floor of the south zone is the medium and small conference area, and the second floor is the main venue with a height of two floors; The first to third floors of the North District are all exhibition halls; The central activity hall is located in the middle area between the south and north districts.

The predecessor of Yunqi Conference can be traced back to the Local Website Summit in 2009. After two years of development, it evolved into Alibaba Cloud Developer Conference in 2011, officially renamed as "Yunqi Conference" in 2015, and permanently settled in Yunqi Town, Xihu District.
