The Qingdao International Expo Center is a large-scale international exhibition and conference center designed in collaboration with NBBJ and Beijing Design Institute, and constructed with an investment of 2 billion yuan by Qingdao Changji Real Estate Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Nanshan Group, a national level large-scale enterprise. It is located in the northeast direction of Laoshan Mountain Range, in the Jimo Hot Spring section of Binhai Avenue in the eastern part of Qingdao City. It is connected to Binhai Avenue to the east and west, borders Jimo City to the north, and is adjacent to the Aoshan Bay sea area to the south. It is about 40 kilometers away from Qingdao Municipal Government and can be directly reached by transportation facilities such as highways, light rail, yachts, etc. The transportation is very convenient from east to west, north to south.
The overall plan of Qingdao International Expo Center consists of four functional areas: A, B, C, and standard exhibition halls. The main structure is designed as a single story steel structure, with two main and secondary entrance halls, ten standard exhibition halls, and one multi-functional hall. The total construction area is about 220000 square meters, and the total exhibition area is about 180000 square meters, second only to Guangzhou Liuhua Hall and Pazhou Hall in terms of scale. The total indoor exhibition area of the Expo Center is about 120000 square meters, which can accommodate more than 6000 standard booths. The outdoor exhibition area is about 60000 square meters, and the supporting functional area is about 40000 square meters. It is currently the third largest modern international Expo Center in China in terms of exhibition space. The project started construction in December 2009 and is scheduled to be delivered for use by the end of January 2011.
As the largest international exhibition center in North China, the exhibition hall has a well-designed design and multiple comprehensive functions such as exhibitions, conferences, business, and catering. Exhibition Hall Scale

1. Standard Exhibition Hall
Ten single story standard exhibition halls with large spaces and column free structures provide exhibitors with a professional and flexible operating experience. The building area of each hall is approximately 12000 square meters, with a net exhibition area of nearly 10000 square meters. It can accommodate about 504 international standard booths, with a height of about 18 meters and a minimum of 12 meters. The ground load is 50KN/square meter, and multiple standard entrances and cargo loading and unloading ports are also set up. The standard exhibition hall also includes diversified office areas, as well as multifunctional spaces such as conference rooms, reception rooms, restaurants, and leisure areas, to meet various office, business, and leisure needs during the exhibition period.
Introduction to the supporting functions of the standard exhibition hall: an open negotiation area of about 600 square meters, a high-end negotiation area of 52 square meters, an organizing committee office of 33 square meters, a catering area of 278 square meters, and a central conference room with a stage of about 102 square meters, which can accommodate 50 people; The small conference room is approximately 64 square meters and can accommodate 35 people; Warehouse of 156 square meters, service registration office, multiple small offices, convenient fast food restaurant, small storage room, etc.
2. Primary and secondary login halls
Two main and secondary entrance halls with a total area of over 30000 square meters, equipped with international high-end central entrance halls and diversified supporting service facilities, are iconic architectural elements of Qingdao International Expo Center. They are also a comprehensive area integrating registration, reception, business, leisure, catering, media and other service functions, which can meet the needs of various types of industry regulatory units, organizing committees, exhibitors, audiences, media and provide customers with unique and perfect services.

Introduction to supporting functions of the second landing hall: an open dining hall of 1640M2, capable of accommodating 342 people; Multi functional restaurant 770 square meters, VIP private dining room 70 square meters, fast food restaurant 1000 square meters, VIP lounge, lounge area, organizing committee office, and various business offices are all available.
3. Multi functional Hall
It has a super large building scale of over 13000 square meters, with approximately 5000 square meters of outdoor front hall and approximately 8000 square meters of indoor exhibition hall. It is equipped with powerful conference forums, multimedia applications, and exhibition supporting functions. The museum is equipped with various types of large, medium, and small conference rooms, as well as large multifunctional halls that can accommodate thousands of people at the same time. Equipped with advanced video and audio facilities, it can achieve functions such as video conferencing, discussion reports, training speeches, performances, etc. It is the best place to hold various types of conferences and activities such as professional meetings, high-end forums, association/chamber of commerce exchanges, government/enterprise conferences, etc. In addition, the museum can also host indoor sports events, public performances, small-scale business exhibitions, small-scale boutique exhibitions, media meetings and other diversified activities.
4. Large outdoor square
With a super large outdoor exhibition area of about 60000 square meters, it can meet the regular outdoor exhibition and display needs of professional types.
