Red Island International Convention and Exhibition Center（Red Island International Convention and Exhibition CenterInvested and constructed by Qingdao Guoxin Group, it is the first batch of preferred projects in the major project library of new and old kinetic energy conversion in Shandong Province, and also one of the important carriers of the construction of the "the Belt and Road" and the international fashion city in Qingdao. The project is located in the new city in the north of Qingdao - Hongdao High tech Zone, with a construction area of 488000 square meters and a total investment of 6.7 billion yuan. It took 22 months to complete successfully.

The China Red Island International Convention and Exhibition Center adheres to international standards and high-end positioning. It is planned and designed by the international first-class design company German GMP Architects, adhering to the construction concept of green environmental protection, breaking through multiple technical difficulties, and independently innovating the use of advanced construction techniques such as "jumping warehouse combined with intermittent method". The 36 meter large-span bonded prestressed beam, 10000 square meters of tensioned fish belly glass curtain wall, 40000 square meters of the world's largest reverse membrane structure, 90000 square meters of roof solar photovoltaic panels, the application of the "double first floor" concept, and the practice of multiple advanced technologies and concepts in the energy center have achieved new breakthroughs both internationally and domestically.
After more than two years of scientific planning and overcoming difficulties, the project has adopted 10 major and 60 minor innovative technologies, 12 characteristic innovative research and development, more than 50 BIM application technologies, and successfully applied for 2 national invention patents and multiple construction methods. Has won honors such as China Steel Structure Gold Award, Three Star Green Building Design Logo, Shandong Province High Quality Structure, and Shandong Province Construction Safety and Civilization Demonstration Site. With first-class positioning and design, first-class organization and management, first-class technology and quality, and first-class philosophy and operation, the Hongdao International Convention and Exhibition Center project will be built into a new landmark of Qingdao, an open, modern, fashionable, and vibrant city.
The China Red Island International Convention and Exhibition Center will be operated and managed by Qingdao International Convention and Exhibition Center, a subsidiary of Qingdao Guoxin Group. The project is positioned as the most competitive fifth generation exhibition economy complex in the Bohai Rim region, achieving seamless connections between various functional areas such as conferences, exhibitions, sports, leisure, tourism, culture, and commerce for the first time. It will become the preferred venue for hosting super exhibitions, large-scale international conferences, and professional exhibitions in Shandong Province. The exhibition hall has an indoor exhibition area of 150000 square meters and an outdoor exhibition area of 200000 square meters, with one 20000 square meter entrance hall and 14 exhibition halls. The pavilion design has effectively integrated the advanced concept of "Internet plus" thinking, and actively built a national leading smart pavilion.
