From September 3rd to 5th, 2026, SIAL International Food and Beverage Exhibition (Guangzhou) will be held at Poly World Trade Center Expo in Guangzhou. As an important layout of SIAL in the South China market, this exhibition has moved from Shenzhen to Guangzhou and will further expand its exhibition scale. According to the information released by the organizers, the exhibition area is expected to reach 60000 square meters, attracting more than 1500 exhibitors and over 65000 professionals from around the world to participate.
Previously, SIAL South China Exhibition had been held in Shenzhen for three consecutive sessions. After landing in Guangzhou in 2026, the exhibition will rely on the food manufacturing, consumer market, and import and export trade foundation of the Guangdong Hong Kong Macao Greater Bay Area to further strengthen the commercial connections between the domestic food industry and Southeast Asian and international markets.

According to the latest official announcement, the 2026 SIAL Guangzhou exhibition will expand to four exhibition halls. The exhibition sets up 14 themed zones, including imported food, snack food, convenience food, fresh and frozen meat, frozen ingredients, high-end drinks and new tea drinks, healthy rest, aquatic products, pre processed food, dairy products, alcoholic beverages, grain, oil and seasonings, regional famous food, processing, packaging and distribution, covering multiple aspects of food and beverage production, processing, trade and circulation.
