The China Furniture Association and Shanghai Bohua Exhibition Co., Ltd. held the first China International Furniture Exhibition (also known as Shanghai Furniture Exhibition) in 1993. Since then, the exhibition has been held as scheduled in Shanghai every year in the second week of September.
Since its establishment, the exhibition has been progressing and growing together with the Chinese furniture industry.
