The Shanghai New International Expo Center (SNIEC) is jointly invested and constructed by Shanghai Lujiazui Exhibition Development Co., Ltd. and German Exhibition Group International Co., Ltd. (members include Hanover Exhibition Company, Dusseldorf Exhibition Co., Ltd., and Munich International Exhibition Center Co., Ltd.). Exhibition Hall Parameters
　 Each exhibition hall of the Shanghai New International Expo Center has a scale of 70m × 185m and an area of 11547 square meters. The exhibition halls are all one story column free structures. After completion, they will have 17 exhibition halls, three entrance halls, and a tower with a total exhibition area of 200000 square meters indoors and 50000 square meters outdoors. According to market demand, a tower will also be built, including hotels, offices, and conference centers. At present, it is a phase one project with a total investment of 99 million US dollars. There are four exhibition halls and one entrance hall, with an exhibition area of 45000 square meters indoors and 20000 square meters outdoors. The ground bearing capacity is 30kN/square meter, and the static height is 11-17 meters. Each exhibition hall is equipped with 8 doors, measuring 5.3 meters by 4.1 meters. The exhibition hall is equipped with flexible separation, truck entrance, floor unloading, equipment, office, canteen, restaurant and Flat noodles warehouse.
